Climate CoLab just announced

Climate CoLab just announced the finalists in its current Carbon Pricing contest,

and one of them has a distinctly state-level orientation (I assume could be extended to Canadian provinces).

The regional conversation on carbon pricing moved up a notch at Paris this week, with the signing of new "

0Pricing.pdf">Paris Declaration on Carbon Pricing in the Americas."

As Reuters reports:

"Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Chile agreed [to] the measure at a climate summit in Paris along with the two U.S. states and provinces across Canada of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia."
